I think this is awesome, and they performed it so well.

To all that still actually come to this site, betcha thought I forgot about ya!!! Well I haven't, I just haven't had that much to write about. Life has been the same old thing. This week is Spring Break. We are not doing too much. The pollen is just horrible and kicking our butts. I was diagnosed with asthma so I am trying not to go out too much. Steven is so bored cause I won't let him go out too much. He seems to be fine with the pollen, I just don't want him out there breathing it all in all day, every day. And if you know Steven then you know how bored he is. That boy loves the outdoors. Matthew and Kendall seem to be as affected by the pollen as I am so let's just say we should be buying stock in Kleenex and saline nose spray right now.
Should make for an interesting birthday party. He has chosen to have his party at the park where we seem to have all out parties. It is an "Extreme Sports" theme. He loves skateboarding, bike riding...well like I said before he LOVES the outdoors. I can't believe he is almost 8 years old!!
In about a week and a half we are planning a trip to Folly Beach for one of Brian's cousin's wedding. They are getting married on the beach at 6:00pm. Sounds beautiful. I can't wait to get some pictures. Heck, I can't wait to go to the beach and listen to one of God's greatest creation. THE OCEAN. I just love the beach. It seems that Folly Beach is now our place to go too. I doesn't have the clear blue waters of Panama City, but it does have some great waves to ride, even though I can't catch one to save my life.
On the job front I have quit my job for next year at the preschool. I just wanted to be closer to home. Both Brian and I drive to Smyrna everyday and it is impossible for us to carpool. So we have to put gas in both of our vehicles at LEAST once a week. Not to mention the wear and tear on both cars. I have enrolled Matthew in the PRE-K program at First Baptist Church of Dallas. It is about 2 minutes from the house. I have also put in a job application there too. It is a nice place and Matthew already knows one little girl there. Our neighbor Mandy. Also, it will be a nice opportunity for him to get to know kids in the area he lives in. Especially before he starts Elementary school. (YIKES won't go there!)
So as of right now I do not have a job for next year. I plan on slowly putting out the word that I will be doing scrapbooks for people who love scrapbooks but don't have the time or want to do them themselves. I am also interested in party planning. So start spreading the word for me please.
Kendall is growing like a weed. At her 15 month check up (which she was actually 16 months cause I didn't make an appointment early enough) she was just under 3 FEET TALL. If she keeps growing at this rate she will be taller than me by her 2nd birthday!!! She is so smart. She is my ball of energy too. Her personality is a good combination of both of her brothers. She likes to be the center of attention (Steven) but is also content with playing by herself (Matthew). She is doing a little bit of baby sign language. I never really did it with the boys because I didn't see the point. Now I really wish I would have. It is really starting to help us to understand what she wants. She is at that age where she knows what she wants and can sort of tell us, but not where we completely understand what it is that she wants. She doesn't know a lot of signs yet but we are learning together. It is quite interesting actually.
Brian is still Brian. There really isn't much new to report on him, but I couldn't leave him out of this post since I talked about everyone else. That wouldn't have been nice=)
Wow, this turned out to be a rather long entry. Thank you if you made it to this point. I will update later on Steven's party and our weekend beach trip. Love you all!!!!

We're back!!
Not much new to report but I will try to update everyone on our lives since my last post, that was almost TWO months ago, can you believe it?
Steven is still just a easy going child who loves to be outside or playing his video games. His game of choice right now is Guitar Hero 3 on the XBOX 360. I am starting the planning process for his birthday, his 8th birthday in April. As he has pointed out to us many times, "he is halfway to driving age!" He is doing very well in school and making very good grades. He is on the A B Honor roll and has been all year.
Matthew is enjoying school as well. He is in the 3 year program at the preschool that I work at. He loves his classmates and adores his teachers, I do too. They are wonderful.
Kendall is 15 months old now. Since the last post she now has 5 teeth and is currently working on two of her molars. She is running everywhere and has to know what is going on. She is our diva and knows it, but she still loves to cuddle.
Not much new with Brian. He had his first overnight experience alone with ALL the kids a couple of weeks ago while I was out of town. He did wonderfully, and even got some housework done too. I was out of town a VBS preview conference. I am really excited about this year's theme. It has lots of neat songs and the theme seems like it will be very fun to work with.
Well I guess that is about it, nothing real exciting but thought I would let everyone know that we hadn't dropped off the face of the earth. Check back in soon.

Christmas 2007
Yes I celebrated my 27th birthday on December 19. I had a little get together at Mellow Mushroom with Brian's side of the family. And as usual I was spoiled. His mother got me a joint birthday/Christmas present. It was the camera I have been wanting since this summer. I had a small dinner with my parents the Saturday before my birthday. My present was a much needed haircut and some roses. We had a spaghetti dinner (one of my favorites). Needless to say I had a great 27th birthday.
I have a slideshow of pictures from Christmas that will tell how our Christmas went. Hope everyone had a blessed Christmas and is ready for a prosperous 2008.

Well, we had Kendall's 1st Birthday party. We now officially have a one year old. Her party was great. It was very cute and everyone seemed to have fun. She got lots of clothes and cute toys. I have put together (yep, you guessed it) a slideshow of pictures from the party. Enjoy.

Happy 8th Wedding Anniversary

Eight years ago today, I married my best friend. He has since became the father to three of the best kids. I am so blessed. I couldn't have asked for more. I love you Brian
An update on Kendall's party coming soon. I just wanted to let everyone know about Brian and my 8th Anniversary. Wow, I can't believe it has been that long.

Halloween 2007
Well, Halloween has come and gone. We had so much fun. Now I know everyone is wondering what the kiddos were...just kidding. Steven was a vampire. Matthew was a blue Power Ranger and Kendall was Dumbo. They all were so cute. We went trick or treating in our neighborhood for the first time. We usually go to a friend's house, but we wanted to do something different this year.
I have also posted a montage of pictures. The first few are from my class at school, some from Matthew's class party and the rest are of the kids. Hope you enjoy the pics.
Now I am off to finish up details for Kendall's party.

My baby boy is 4 years old
Well if I thought life couldn't fly by any faster, I was so wrong. I have had a hard time realizing that my baby boy just turned 4 years old on Saturday, October 6. I can not believe it.
We had a party for him Sunday at Pump It Up, an indoor jumpy place. There were so many people there. That child racked up on gifts. When we got home he was so overwhelmed with all the toys. He didn't know where to start. He loved everything that he got. The adults had as much, if not more fun than the kids had.
Other than planning for his party, I have been busy with work and family life. Life is great. Halloween is coming up soon. I can't wait. It is one of my favorite holidays. The boys already have their costumes. We are still looking for Kendall's. I will post pictures of Halloween night afterwards. So you will have to wait to find out what they are going to be.
Now that Matthew's party is over and we have costumes under control, it is time to start planning for...dare I say it...Kendall's 1st birthday party. Yes, you read that correctly. My little girl is almost a year old. Now that makes me sad. When I get pictures I will post a slide show from Matthew's party.

Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
Check out the video below. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Here are some stats about Childhood Cancer
Every year almost 3,000 children die of cancer.
*The national government recently cut the budget for funding of pediatric cancer research.
*Currently there are 30,000-40,000 children being treated for cancer in the US.
*As a nation, each year we spend 14 billion dollars per year on the space program and only 35 million on childhood cancer.
Childhood cancer can affect any child - from newborns to teenagers. There is no known cause . . . no one knows why some children get cancer . . . and no one knows why some children get better and some children don't.
But we do know that cancer is the NUMBER ONE disease killer of our children - taking more lives than AIDS, asthma, cystic fibrosis and diabetes combined! And we do know that 14,000 children are diagnosed each year and sadly 20% - about 2800 of those diagnosed will not survive.
And most importantly we do know that RESEARCH is the only way to find a CURE! Research is the only HOPE for the 40,000 children currently in treatment for cancer. We have to work together to find a cure . . . to stop this disease from taking more precious innocent lives.
